We offer “IFX”, a specially developed thin-film range for the popular T-series.
The InLINE FOILING® process begins with screen adhesive application. A metallized layer is then rolled on while UV light cures the adhesive. A new type of silicone ensures only the glued areas receive the desired metallic finish, resulting in a precise and durable decoration. The foil can also be overprinted to achieve the desired shade.
The seamless 360° metallization with Digital InLINE FOILING® is achieved by printing the adhesive directly onto the carrier and curing it with UV light. The mirror-like silver layer then detaches and transfers to the tube. By connecting an Indirect Digital Decoration module (IDD) to your central printing machine, you can also add custom designs up to eight different colours.
