Our applicators

Applicator C – automatic labelling with Compa V
Applicator C adds automatic application of freshly printed labels to the Compa V label printer. Depending on the configuration, labels are stamped, blown or rolled onto the product. Sensors monitor the application process, and the settings are adjusted to suit the label and the application.

APX V – integrated labelling with ILX V
APX V is combined with the ILX V print module for automatic labelling on the production line. The printed label is held by vacuum on an applicator pad and transferred to the product. Different application methods allow the solution to be adapted to the product’s characteristics and the way it is transported through the line.

WMX – integrated labelling with ILX V
WMX is combined with the ILX V print module and applies the label as the product passes. The label is released from the backing material and transferred using a pressure roller or brush. Several configurations allow the mounting arrangement to be adapted to the production line.
