Hybrid machines & Modules

We offer advanced technology from the KURZ group for surface decoration across most segments. Here we present ISIMAT’s hybrid machines for printing on curved surfaces made of plastic, glass and metal, as well as the DISTORUN® module for precise cold transfer positioning in flexographic printing.

ISIMAT

ISIMAT’s systems combine various printing technologies, including the patented inLINE FOILING® technology, enabling unique, durable and high-quality decorations directly on packaging in industries such as cosmetics, beverages and pharmaceuticals. The T-series includes three machine models – TH9, TD7 and TS6, designed for efficient surface decoration of plastic tubes and sleeves with diameters from 16 to 60 mm and heights between 50 and 220 mm.

TH9
A hybrid printing machine that combines flexo printing, screen printing, digital printing, coating, and inLINE FOILING®. It handles up to 9 colours/stations at speeds of up to 110 units per minute.

A high-performance screen-printing machine with inLINE FOILING®, designed to increase production capacity through its dual mandrels and larger screen frame. It can print up to 7 colours/stations at speeds of up to 200 units per minute.

DISTORUN®

DISTORUN® is a standalone transfer module for cold foiling in flexographic printing, primarily used in label production. It uses advanced servo control and sensor technology for precise foil positioning, both for single images and continuous foil decorations. The module operates independently of the main press control and can be easily integrated into existing systems. Thanks to its foil recycling feature, foil consumption is optimized, contributing to more sustainable production. DISTORUN® is available in widths of 330 mm, 420 mm, and 520 mm.
