Mounting Plates

Zetatrade offers h+m’s two fast installation systems to minimize setup times. Both systems are suitable for all h+m embossing tools, from flat foil stamping to blind embossing or relief embossing.

Mounting Plates

EasyFix Plate attaches to the honeycomb plate on your embossing machine. The package, including the plate and dies, matches the height of a standard h+m die, meaning no adjustments are needed to your usual workflow. As an optional feature, the plate can be equipped with h+m’s positioning system, allowing the die to be adjusted in 0.1 mm increments in all directions.

JobSaver Plate is designed for Gietz and Bobst embossing machines. It has the same dimensions as the machine base, effectively replacing it. The carrier plate is made of steel or aluminum in various thicknesses, depending on the machine type. The mounted brass dies have a standard thickness, making them easily transferable to other embossing machines.
