Silicon die

h+m silicone dies are often used in the plastics industry. They compensate irregularities and tolerances in an optimal way. Depending on the application the silicone dies are made in stiffness of up to 95 shore. Also depending on the stamping application the tools are produced as flat or curved dies, plates, wheels or rolls.

h+m silicon dies stands for highly motive-orientated size accuracy, distinctive and durable stampings with allowance of high speed rates during the stamping process. For more complicated applications a combination of different silicone types in one stamping die is used  (softbelly or double duo dies) and different silicon thicknesses when needed.

h+m silicone sheets are for the stamping of raised motives with vertical stamping or peripheral roll-on applications, available in numerous standard and special sizes with various durometers, silicone and aluminum thicknesses.

h+m silicon wheels are used with roll-on applications. Flat as well as profiled parts are decorated with silicone wheels, such as bars, number plates, picture frames etc.

h+m silicone rollers are used with the roll-on application on large and flat areas.
